Hey Quinn, Good news. Philadelphia is 20% cheaper cost of living than Leesburg, VA.

And 22% cheaper than Middleburg, VA.

The bad news for Quinn is that it is the cost of housing that makes the difference. I think she owns her house.  Everything else is higher in Philly. However, I read somewhere that "It Is Always Sunny In Philadelphia".

Oh, I just noticed, The Leelanau is chopped off the top of the Lower Peninsula of Michigan.  You can't get here from there, seemingly.

and that's news? I lived in SE Michigan for 5 1/2 years & never made it to the UP. I was told you couldn't get there from there.

 

...okay, no I wasn't. but I was told stories about people having to use their 2nd story windows to exit their houses b/c the snow was jammed around the first floor of their house, rendering the doors useless. that was more than I needed to know.

Robbie did when he was an hour or more north of me. Of course, I didn't rate high enough for him to bring Happy to see me. I'm not over that yet, can you tell?

hahaha... okay, here's the history of this thread...

I noticed that Jaylee listed her location as Hialeah, FL. I also know that Jaylee doesn't live in Hialeah, FL.

I guessed (knowing a bit about Jaylee '-) that it was a rebellious act against being forced to list a location on our Ning profile settings.

So, just to mess w/her, I Googled "Map, Michigan to Florida" - got the map above & posted it w/the query of how she came to be in Hialeah, FL & the threat to join her. '-)

I still think as an act of solidarity we should all put the same location, like Hialeah or Timbuktu. Oh, we can't put Timbuktu. I already tried. They don't have a postal code.
