Can you afford it?

This is my wish list....if I could I would.
I have everything I want plus a few things I need. These folks don't.
What do you think of organ donation. Would you give before? Would you give after?

I would give after, although I suspect the older I get the less "vital" my organs are :-)
Never thought about giving before...I don't know about a stranger, but family or friends? Yes.
I guess it shouldn't matter if it's a stranger though, should it?

I would donate my organs after I am gone but I doubt anyone would want them. I think I have pretty much worn them out.
