Really? I have yet to hear him utter one thing that can be construed as constructive. Baiting, yes, hateful, yes, outright lying, yes, but if that is all he can do, then, yeah, the call to him to "Put up or shut up" is 100% valid.

Then Rush took a caller who said the local police investigating the bus assault said today the attack was not racially motivated. Rush responded to these developments put out by the local law enforcement:

LIMBAUGH: I think the guy's wrong. I think not only it was racism, it was justifiable racism. I mean, that's the lesson we're being taught here today. Kid shouldn't have been on the bus anyway. We need segregated buses -- it was invading space and stuff. This is Obama's America."

I listen to Rush every day and he is doing a very good job of adding fuel to the fire. It does appear to me that we may very well be headed to violence in the streets similar to the 60's. Hopefully that will not happen but it would not surprise me. The leaders in office from the GOP will not stand up at all and put Limbaugh, Beck, Hannity, or others in line when they pass out their hate. It appears as though those in power would rather see the country fail just to assure that Obama does not succeed in anything. However, I think that will eventually come back to bite them in the end. But the majority in this country could suffer a lot by their inaction in my opinion.

I listen to the guy just to see what he is doing to this country. Then I watch Olbermann, Ed Schultz, and Rachel Maddow. That way I can learn how the Right is trying to derail any serious progress in this country in the areas of health care, economic recovery, etc. Afterall, he is the spokesman for the GOP these days. If any GOP leaders in power criticize Rush they are apologizing the next day.

If you listen to him everyday, and you don't agree with him, you must be a much calmer person than I. My blood pressure would be through the roof with that nut job.

I guess griping about the garbage Rush says doesn't seem as "desperate" since he's starting to come right out and cry, "Back to the back of the bus!" huh?

Actually what Rush is saying is looking not so crazy when he has others competing with him such as Glenn Beck, Hannity, Boehner, Michael Savidge, and others. Many in the GOP do not counter anything Rush says and often just add more fire to the flame in my opinion. Guess they must think this is the path back to power in 2010 and 2012. I think they are wrong.

I don't think they compete as much as the feed. It's gotta be true of I'm hearing it from all directions, right? I mean, I hear it from Limbaugh, Hannity, Beck, and MORE then it has to be true, right?

It doesn't help to use multiple sources when you only listen to the ones that tell you the sky is green and the grass is blue. These people use one another as sources, and confirm one another.
