Have you ever wondered what she/he was "tossing out"?  I see alot of junk sitting on the curb that I wonder about....

I don't wonder, no.  But my neighbors across the road have a good system, in my opinion.  Every so often, they go through the "stuff" they've moved to the outside storage bldg and have a yard sale.  After it's done, you'll see the guy going to the dumpster with the remainders.  Clutter-free.
