I never watch TV or listen to the radio when I go to bed. But my wife watches TV every night, so I sometimes end up listening to it. (she's really good about turning down the volume, so much so, that I sometimes wonder if she can actually hear it)

We don't keep a tv in our room. I sometimes will fall asleep while on the laptop.

I have difficulty sleeping in a silent room. I have a radio on all night.
