actually money is great stuff. it gives you freedom of choice as to how you want to live. the evil that is referred to is the love of money, the greed for money.

Yes, I think the paper stuff is a protection if you have some of it to spread around. But, it can cause a plethora of problems if greed enters into the picture.
I rarely ever carry any with me any more. It's weird to think of how it has evolved to that circumstance.
