That has already happened, the big boys have found (the basics of) life in meteorites that have managed to hit the earth intact.(organic molecules are made up of inorganic elements)
As far as 'intelligent life', I doubt it. The possibility of 'UFOs' or little green 'Martians' visiting us is infinitesimally minuscule. But then the probability of homo sapiens evolving, Earth-like planets lucky enough to be in the 'habitable' zone of a Sun-like star, or a planet being habitable for millions of years like ours has, are all approaching zilch.
