Oh, what the heck.  I'll show you mine first.

It's that time of the year, when my flower garden is delivering the goods, and I haven't surrendered to the inevitable victory of the weeds, and I feel pretty good about my ability to turn hard work and lots of trips to the garden supply store into pretty flowers.

Here are some of the high points from this Spring so far.

The birds like pearl millet better. Except for the buzzards, they prefer red meat.

My Iris and peonies were gone three weeks ago. A disadvantage of living in the South I guess. Of course they bloomed much earlier here also.

We got a ton of rain and it has dragged down a lot of my Iris - I have a lot of different kinds, Maybe 20 blooming right now. (Used to have 60 different kinds - but got hit by the iris borer, it dampened my iris enthusiasm quite a bit.) The dwarf iris are gone now, but there are still some bearded that have not yet bloomed even though the peak is over.
