Men, would you date a woman taller than you?
And women, would you date a man shorter than you?

I'm fussy, I want my man taller. Makes me feel special and cared for.

Is wanting a man taller than me a sexist statement?

I think the man should be taller.
If the women were taller they would get rid of their men.
They wouldn’t need them to reach the things at the top of a cabinet.
I could hear it now, "hey your little shrimp".
My honey and I see 'eye to eye'..if he has his boots on...
As Grandpa Jones once said on Hee Haw, and as I related once in the old TBD,

"Tis better to have loved a short gal....

....than to have never have loved a tall."
Everyone is the same size horizontal.
Of course....if you're standing tall while horizontal......it's all that matters.
the only thing a short man can do to woo a tall woman is show her the money ;-). or may be not ;-)
It is what is in the heart that matters. A guy 5 feet tall can be 6' 2" if his heart is in the right place. True love has no height, weight or distance, etc.
No, it's not a sexist statement. You are simply stating your preferences. But, I would add that you can't help who you fall in love with. I've dated men who are shorter than me and men who are taller than me. What matters to me is whether or not they are decent, smart, and kind. A great sense of humor is a big plus too.

However, I do see your point and I agree with trr2009. My current BF is 6'1" and I really like looking up at him and standing on tip toes to kiss him. I am 5'6" and his height makes me feel special and cared for. Truth be told my experience with short men is that they are always trying to compensate for their shortness.

Not all short men are this way, but I've certainly experienced my fair share. :)

Ultimately, though, height is not a deal breaker for me.
You must be careful of too much height difference......'cause.....if you're nose to nose your toes are in it...and if if you're toes to toes your nose is in it......nough said...
I like them to be a little talller than me, average height.
Not to tall I don't want to strain my neck looking up at them to talk to them.
Happy for you, AfB...I have no doubt whatsoever of that.

:-D
