In reply to your Oct. 14th question and sorry I am so late in responding. I don't know it is manufactured in USA by ARDEX Co, based in N.Y. I know it does not affect me in any way. I only use it sparingly and not often. I am diabetic and I do use it on those patches of skin that are broken out when my sugar was high and it seemed to relieve the itching and did not cause further break outs from using it.

I've looked at three... yes three offices spaces and place my name on a waiting list. Yet two month later still nothing. :(
