Cost of Lessons Learned

The lessons of life are hard-earned
when you find a love that doesn’t return.
Yet, this lesson of this week
of the soul mate I would seek…
I knew from the beginning
that it would go no where.
So does it really matter
that I knew he didn’t care?
A day or so ago my heart would have cried out,
from wounds of pain that I would shout.
Yet, somehow that’s not the case
and there’s no pain to erase.
The sun it shines so bright;
now no more petty fights.
When there is thought of loss
make experience the cost.

Hi Casey - Your post on my blogged player completely baffles me. When you say "noise" are you referring to my taste in music, or is there something wonky going on? And I'm not sure about putting it on my profile. I'm going to friend you now and I appreciate whatever direction you give me. Unfortunately ,several people have asked for help and I advised them to do the same. Lil' help here...

Wow, Caseyjo! What a perfectly sweet and thoughtful thing to do. I LOVED that vid...It was so touching and told a story that can not be soon forgotten. (is this lettering big or is it me?)
I do not know much at all about computer graphics. I find that I will experiment and somethings come out great but, that is not the "usual" for me. Oh my, when something does turn out I be a sayin', "Yippee, Skippee" and I get so excited I talk too loudly and it really frightens Sam. (Sam is my tabby cat that is more of a child to me than an animal)
Thank you again my sweet friend for even "thinking" about me, let alone send me something that I find precious to my heart.
I am not here (Ning) as often as I would like but, soon I "think."

p.s. oops..I did forget to tell you that I am truly not a Jimi Hendrix fan as Phil Collignon likes to tease me because I go for the more "easy listenig" kind of music. I had mentioned to Phil it was the anniversary of the passing away of Mr. Hendrix. Well, needless to say, that quickly opened the door for Phil...so, in a sense, I left the door wide open for him.
Next time I will share something like that with you instead of him..Haha j/k
