Was This the Report that Made People Nervous and Expedited John Stossel Jump from ABC to Fox?

Pro-truth and former 20/20 anchor John Stossel is now with Fox. Can ABC just not handle the truth? Or a differing point of view from what government want us to believe? Why not have all viewpoints in order to make a balanced, informed decision? Here's what apears to be 'the last straw':

Strossel was one of the main reasons I turned the goofy box off years ago. Then a few years later someone bought me his book. In it he explains what a leberal idiot he was and how he came to see the light. He is certainly a Libertarian and I'm not, but I certainly see his views as refreshing!

i understand your sarcasm. my point wasn't about fox, employees of fox, the reputation of fox, or stossel's association with fox.... it was about stossel's reporting style. some find him controversial. some fear him. some think he's an idiot. however, he's consistently presented 'the other side' of the issue...and many times it's not been the popular side, or the lemming viewpoint, but he's certainly been factual.

anyone who has had an original thought in their life knows what it is to feel alone, question their 'rightness', feel like an outcast, etc. it's easy for people just dumb-down and agree with the masses in their thinking and actions. it takes strong character and integrity to live and speak your truth --- kinda like how those kids stood around and watched that poor teenage girl get gang-raped for hours last month -- no one called for help or tried to stop it. lemmings. no one wanted to rock the boat -- for fear of what others will think, or what would happen to them if they tried to help her --- would the rapists turn on them, too? and who are those "others", in that case? i wouldn't want any of them watching my back! they'd all just run, or stand by in the face of crisis. no thanks.

i haven't watched a US news report since 9/11. there are many other viable and truthful sources for information. that said, i do appreciate truth-seekers who are willing to go out on a limb to share ALL the facts. i may not always agree with stossel or the rest of them, but i do appreciate their courage reporting 'the other side' of the issues.

So Stossel has now joined Glen And all those other parigons of truth and balanced news that appear on The Fair And Balanced FOX network. Well, since I get my news from NPR and the newspapers I guess my life won't change much. Sarcasm intended!
