The REAL Cast is ON!

Sara got her "real" cast today! She has a boot to wear on the bottom of it, so she can rest it when she's using the crutches. Doc says she has to use the wheelchair at school for the first two weeks. Then when she's really good at it, she can use the crutches at school.

She's SO much more comfortable. Thank you all for generous thoughts and prayers!

I even let her manage her bath by herself. YES, I am much more relaxed! Thank you all for thinking of us!

Thank you for the update. I'll still keep you both in my prayers and thoughts. Sounds like she's on the road to recovery.

Thank goodness! Progress. And - thankfully - it's summer, so much better a time for such an awful bit of busness to transpire. I know - from personal experience. Great news! Thanks for the update Quilty. Hopefully - you can relax a bit now.
