I wonder if Kat and Robin actually realize how many lives they touched?

From TBD I found the courage to walk away from a marriage that had been dead almost a decade. With the help and support I found at TBD, I was able to weather the storm of protest from so many corners, mostly my family.

I found great friends and a wonderful woman to share my life with.

I found scintillating conversation from many people on many ADULT conversations that were impossible for those much younger.

I'm glad we have a re-incarnation of TBD. I hope the migration is smooth and continues.

I truly hope TBD can remain an ADULT site.

They cannot help knowing, Hatter. I think their lives have been touched just as ours have.
And I believe that this site will be just what we make of it. We have the power to recreate the same atmosphere we had before, even if the decor is different. It is up to us to set the tone, to speak out against abuses and ugliness as we - and Kat - did before. It is up to us to be respectful and caring with those who do not agree with us.
To paraphrase the famous possum, "I have seen TBD and it is us."
