So it now seems that it is the Republicans who are the great friends and protectors of Medicare. As Bill Clinton would say, "Give me a break!" Last week, the Nobel Prize Committee announced its decision to award the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize to President Barack Obama. Many Americans were shocked. "What has he actually done?
