In a new ad for weight loss company Jenny Craig, Kirstie Alley says she's "NOT CIRCUS FAT," she just wants to lose some weight.

FRIENDS.. Are you offended by the term "CIRCUS FAT"? Do you have anything you'd like to say to Kirstie?

Getting offended by the term "circus fat" would be taking political correctness to an absurd level. The fat lady or gentleman at the circus is there to make money. If they want to quit and lose weight, more power to them. If they don't, more power to them. If they want to and can't, my sympathy but at least they're making money. People take Kirstie Alley way too seriously. And. . .she's making money off it. More power to her.

Yeah.....I'm not offended. That's just Kirstie being Kirstie. I know how frustrating it is to be super weight conscious all your life. I have friends who never gain a pound and they eat anything they want as often as they want. And then there are those of us who gain when they pass a bakery door. It becomes your biggest headache, and the criteria by which you are judged. I feel bad for her....and she's only criticizing herself.
