Fall Membership Drive!

Howdy folks,

Well, it’s that time of year again – time for the Armadillo’s annual fall membership drive!

Rather than the usual telethon, this year, we’re going to try something different.

After meeting with my friend Marissa, we have concluded that The Ranch needs a new look to attract more members.

And to do this, we’re going to design a new logo for the site!

But it’s not going to happen on a secretive weekend hideaway somewhere in a foreign country…no, it’ll be in the form of a contest!

Open to all members of The Ranch, we’re asking  each one of you to submit your idea for the new logo. And it doesn’t even have to be original! I’ve got photoshop and can manipulate your ideas just enough to keep you safe from those pesky copyright infringements. (probably)

So put on your thinking caps and send in your ideas asap!

This may be the best, and has the advantage of being original.

Thanks...but not original. It's a process call "tilt shift" - accomplished with lens distortion. It's a real photograph, however it creates a toylike appearance of the subjects. If you google 'tilt shift' photography you'll find some amazing photos. That's where I found this.

 I did enhance it, though. (just a little).
