Fascinating about the love of strong flavors.  I suspect that epigenetic studies will uncover a lot more ways that environmental influences redirect expression of our genomes and the passage of microbiomes from mother to child make strong arguments for moth natural childbirth and breast feeding.  Society needs to get back to how our ancestors did things.
