Who is Hafiz D's?

Hafiz was a Persian in the 14th century. A Muslim. A Sufi Mystic. A great, great poet. You've probably seen me post his poems here & there. I love him.

 

Here is one...

 

The small man
Builds cages for everyone 
He
Knows.

While the sage,
Who has to duck his head
When the moon is low,
Keeps dropping keys all night long

I recognize the poem...It seems to be one close to your heart. It is a beautiful poem full of meaning I did look up Hafiz first off on wikipedia, but saw him listed as Hafez....Then it said sometimes listed as Hafiz which I missed somehow.

In some cases I can see where you would need a gun to protect yourself from the person, in others I can see where you would need a gun to protect yourself against ones followers, & in other cases I can see where you might want to shoot someone...just curious....Is your gun for all 3 purposes or only one?....Geesh...Do I ask too many questions?
