Missing Letters

Whats going on?...For the life of me I can't understand why I keep forgetting to type the H in the word "Nothing" I keep noticing it over & over again....I have been having to delete my posts & repost because of continuous missing letters of words I know how to spell...Could this be the beginning of Alzheimer's....I'm not even 60 yet.

I've never been that great of a speller...I don't notice much difference.

 

I did read recently that is now becoming acceptable to omit the apostrophe when writing dont, couldnt, cant, etc...
