It's Friday night!

Wahoo for me. I can put off my work until tomorrow and stay up late tonight. I've made up my mind that I'm not turning off the lights until 9:oclock!  Can you believe it? I am quite a rogue don't you think?

Well, I have you beat, Michael.  I stayed up till past 10 watching Grimm!  Tomorrow will be a big day stitching with other elderly women in the morning and cat-sitting in the afternoon while my family is at Crystal Mountain on a Webelo adventure weekend.  Must rest up to keep the home fires burning.

Wow, after 10 oclock!  I don't do that unless I'm trying to meet a deadline or someone calls with an emergency of some sort. I really like the early mornings so I usually get up between 4:30 and 5:30 and do a lot of my work before 9. It's quiet then and the world is all my own because I know that all the sensible people won't be getting p for hours. No disruptions. But Baia, what's a Webelo?

A Webelo is the pupal stage of a Boy Scout.  At about the age of eleven or twelve this critter breaks out of its cocoon and a young Tenderfoot emerges.

That sounds like fun. Can I be a Webelo? How did that name come about anyway? It doesn't sound like any creature that I know of and, in fact, when Baia mentioned it in her reply, I thought it must have something to do with interactive web games.

It's been 24 hours. Did everything end in a safe and satisfactory manner ?

More the daring and peril involved in shutting off the lights at 9:00. I'm assuming you live in a functioning, 24-hour-a-day sawmill, where stumbling around in the dark could have real consequences.
