Campbell soup cans are great for covering mouse holes.
1 can Cream of Shrimp soup
1 brick cream cheese
1 can tiny shrimp (rinsed)
celery finely diced
2 green onions (inc greens) finely chopped
S&P to taste
1/2 tsp Jacks Hot sauce
Mix it all together adding the shrimp near the end as not to mush them up.
Let 'marry' for at least 2hrs.
Serve w/ crackers or crudites......

Potato Bacon Chowder (sorry Slim, it calls for a slow cooker) ;-)
Stir the bacon, onion, soup, milk, black pepper, potatoes and 1/4 cup chives in a 6-quart slow cooker.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
Add the cheese and stir until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle with the remaining chives.
