Morning Robert...thanks for the breakfast, it is going to be a busy day today. Hubby is heading to his nephew's graduation, I have a going away dinner after church and then off to the store.

Hoping to stop in here and check into what all you folks are doing...I just hope someone has something exiting and wonderful to tell me about.

I am going to work around the RV today. Clean and rearange the junk. Then this evening I work two hours at the Ice Cream Social. Off tomorow. However I have a guy scheduled to wash and wax the RV.

So, nothing exciting planned.

good morning Robert and RRC! i actually DO have something exciting to tell you about! i'm hoping this won't jinx it, since the final signatures aren't inked yet, but the deal is negotiated....
i have a contract on my sister's house! woo hoo! it's been over 9 months and 3 price reductions, and i was about ready to cut the price again, but a single mother with an 8-9 year old cute little girl has offered to buy it. despite the low price, there will be some money left over for my nephews, and i believe my sister would be happy to help out a single parent.
the big problem has been that there's only one tub/shower in the house, and it's in the master bedroom/bath -- it'll work okay for that family, 'cuz the girl will have been accustomed to sharing w/ her mother before she hits teen years, and there is a half bath in the hall that she'll be able to use for her primping, etc!
i'll be heading up north to live near my guy -- will get there in time to enjoy a couple months of their warm weather before winter arrives, even! please send all your good vibes to Chris, as he's got a lot to pull together in a short time, now. i believe he can get resettled in a more permanent place, but support and good wishes can't hurt!

As I remember, This time of year along the Eastern Slope is rainy chilly with hail weather time. But gets better in June and that usually lasts until Oct.?Nov. Hang in there.

Well, I've been planting, cooking, and working on stuff for the meet most of the day.  AND look at all I've missed here.  My fault for not coming in earlier.

 

Lynn, congrats on the house, and on your new move!  Chris, I'm keeping you in my prayers, and hoping you get some kind of a break real soon.  You deserve it.

 

Robbie, an ice cream social?  Heck, that's a big night out for me!!!!!  My favorite ice cream is coconut chocolate chip from the Creamery at Penn State, but I'll eat just about any kind of ice cream.

Good evening guys.  My a busy day for some of you.  I on the other hand have been ultra lazy all day.  Tomorrow I will be spending a good part of the morning getting my broken tooth prepped and crowned.  I am so looking forward to a relaxing time in the torture chamber.

 

Lynn, how exciting!  We are sending you positive hopeful thoughts for the deal going through.

Wow, you guys did have some exciting and wonderful news!! Yippee Lynn, so happy for you. 

I was glad I took my salad to the potluck dinner, it was the only thing there I could eat. SIGH I was slightly annoyed that I had to sit and watch everyone stuffing themselves. Oh well, plenty for me to bring home and eat tomorrow. 

Good luck tomorrow Richard..maybe they will give you some good drugs.
