Paul Vanished on Thursday While on a Field Trip from the Facility Where He was Being Held
Phillip Arnold Paul is still missing. As the search for Phillip Paul continues, Eastern State Hospital seems to be coming up with more and more excuses about how something like this could happen. It's coming as a stark and shocking realization to residents in Eastern Washington State
Phillip Arnold Paul Still Missing from Eastern State Hospital in Washington
that so many patients at the Eastern State Hospital are allowed to be out in public and with the population at large. Such was the case on Thursday, when Phillip Paul and 30 other patients defined as being "criminally insane" were allowed to take a field trip from their facility to the Spokane County Fair. The news only got worse from there.

And apparently the criminally insane are granted internet access in Washington State. That explains a lot...

Despite my shock and awe at the freedoms this nut had been given, I first and foremost want to warn people in the area to be on the look out and be cautious. The man killed a woman in her own back yard because he was convinced she was a witch.

this is so sad.
He's been taken back into custody.

When they found him he had his backpack, guitar, and a 9 inch sickle. Now I realize I have an extremely active imagination, but I can't help it. Let's pretend I'm (so that I'm not picking on anybody else) a criminally insane person locked up in a state facility.

I am online daily, I have contact with various people, I make friends and enemies. What none of you realize is that I've killed before, and I'm apt to do it again if given the chance. Now let's say that I've got a particular bone to pick with Bob the Builder, a guy I argue with daily. Bob is only a couple hundred miles from the institution I call home. And guess what? We're going on a field trip!!

How many screw ups are there in this scenario?
