Baked Buffalo Wings
Ingredients

2 pounds chicken drummettes (about 24)
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons red pepper sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce (below)
Paprika
Celery sticks, if desired

Directions

1Heat oven to 350°. Line jelly roll pan, 15 1/2x10 1/2x1 inch, with aluminum foil. Remove skin from chicken.
2Mix honey, ketchup, pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce in plastic bag with zipper top. Add chicken. Seal bag and refrigerate at least 15 minutes but no longer than 24 hours, turning occasionally. Prepare Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce.
3Place chicken in pan; sprinkle with paprika. Bake about 30 minutes or until crisp and juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. Serve with celery sticks and sauce.

BLUE CHEESE DIPPING SAUCE:

1 cup crumbled blue cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Kosher salt and cracked black pepper

Combine the blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce together in mixing bowl or food processor and mix until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
