well i read the one on rachael jeantel and ya know maybe part of it was how hard it was for her to speak clearly .. i mean this is a murder trial after all and the whole nation is watchin and hangin on your every word and she just muttered and gave attitude thru it all .. as far as her bein believed lets see .. she lied about her age , she lied in her deposition about why she couldn't come to treyvons funeral ( she said her dad was in the hospital and he wasn't ) and she lied on the stand .. so in just the last couplde of days that i've known who she is she's lied three times .. that might have somethin to do with the lack of trust of the so called white audience but come on if i'm black and i lie to you and you're black too is it ok ?? hey man you gotta excuse me cause we're both black ?? i dont think so .. and the prosecution tried to make it that she didn't understand english all that well cause she was from hati but she was born and raised here and spoke english in school from kindergarten on up and at home too .. she was asked and thats what she said on the stand unless of course that was another lie .. and as far as the divide between the races i'm not so sure that grown up blacks feel that way .. i mean we don't have a perfect society but we never did .. if you want to choose to live outside the law of course you're gonna have some problems and not fit in .. but there are plenty of blacks who chose to go to college or got a trade and got a better job and do the right thing everyday ..and plenty of white criminals who have no desire to .. so does that make all white people bad or all black people bad ?? no .. we can't generalize .. but some people its their content of character .. in the end thats the most important thing you have ..

and i took the zimmerman quiz too .. got em all right except for the math ones . i didn't know it was gonna be a math quiz too .. how many people were at the march ?? how much money did zimmerman raise ?? who knows ..a lot .. but two of the questions were wrong .. and its the media again .. number 5 was what did treyvon get from the store that night ?/ you're supposed to say a bag of skittles and some iced tea .. but he didn't have iced tea .. it was watermelon fruit juice cocktail .. why is that important ?? because like a lot of other little things you hear it again and again and you believe it .. the drink he got was much higher in sugar and along with the skittles its used to make a drink called lean which if you have some cough medicine will get you higher than a kite .. its a popular drink among rappers and teens .. now i'm not sayin treyvon was gonna make some that night for sure .. can't say for sure but if i bought some rollin papers its a good bet i might be rollin some joints .. or i could just be rollin my own ciggs .. and number 7 asks what did the dispatcher warn zimmerman not to do and it should have read what did the dispatcher suggest .. big difference in the way its worded ..one word different and it can change the whole meanin as if he was ordered and he was not .. i didn't read the paula dean one yet but i will..

good opinion piece by maria dixon....if you can't even discuss things without it being considered racist, then nothing will ever change...

the zimmerman piece? i have to say i am pretty well fed up with all of it...it has become the oj show ....sides are taken and what is claimed to be  'evidence' trotted out according to what people believed to begin with...absent clear empirical evidence, you have what is termed reasonable doubt and so far it appears to be the outcome as insufficient evidence to warrant the charges...neither pro nor con....just insufficient evidence to warrant the charges having been brought to begin with
