I have never worn anything but a one-piece. When I was young, my parents would've frowned on it. When I started having babies, the stretch marks made me self-conscious. And I have always been a bit.....umm...."well-endowed"......which makes me nervous about wearing those little tops.

I like a two piece, boy shorts bottom and a top that goes to my hip line. I found a great place online "swimsuitsforall" have gotten some nice buys from them. Just before fall they really have some good markdowns. I like to have 3 or 4 suits for aqua aerobics twice a week.

Karin...I have the same "problem" as you so ONE piece for me, unless its one of those 2 pieces that sort of meet in the middle.
My best friend and I used to go to the pool and giggle about the old ladies in swim dresses. Well, SOMEHOW, I have BECOME what Bonnie and I used to make FUN OF....Ughhhh!!!!
As for skinny dipping...my most MEMORABLE time was I was about 13/14 and we had ANYTIME access to my friend's next door neighbor's pool. If we cleaned it and helped OPEN it, we had it all to ourselves all summer so my friend's older sister had the bright idea of suggesting we skinny dip. We were all afraid to get in trouble but she talked us into it. We got over there and JUST a few minutes after we all jumped in LAUGHING our asses off, we heard BOYS' voices coming closer and closer then we RECOGNIZED the voices as the OLDER boys (maybe 18 or so) that we ALL had crushes on from a few houses down....OMG!! Can you say, FREAK OUT? They didnt know we were there, it was dark so we creeped out on the deck and grabbed our towels and of course gave ourselves away when we all squealed and giggled and ran back to Frances's house. I guess we werent the ONLY ones who had "pool access"!
