No more pork chops..

What about ribs? spare ribs...country style ribs....prime rib...I like ribs...hope I can still find em!!!

Other words they are changing the names of the cut ...Wonder what the high fat Hamburger will be called ?

I had porterhouse chops for dinner last night...we didn't grill however...we rolled them in cracker crumbs and a drizzile of olive oil and baked them...tasted like pork chops to me. My sister and I were laughing about the labeling and thinking of names for different cuts...

We thought about suggestions for ribs...if you can chew on the bone or if you just suck on it...yes, we got silly after a couple glasses of wine...

But give it some thought...what about a rib eye or a pork loin...

The tenderloin is missing, I'll take the Porterhouse thanks! I shouldn't say that because we've sort of gave up most red meat, we have it about every three months as a special treat. Even with the chicken and turkey we're way down on portion size. Getting older is a pain.

Some pork steaks do look like a cut of beef .

I don't trust the meats we have now.
