It's probably the evolution of kids wearing their pants ridiculously low....much better then looking at their underwear.

I'd consider wearing them as my junk hangs about that low nowadays.....might be comfortable. Also might be nice for the adult diaper crowd.

Yep my Boys hang below my knees now . I guess gravity is taking hole . When on shopping cart at walmart , my boy's rest on the floor . If i could get some of these to fit me i could get around better .....
