Wisconsin man banned from all libraries on earth

RACINE (AP) - A 20-year-old Racine man who's accused of  engaging in lewd behavior in a library has been banned from "all the  libraries on the face of the earth."

Tyree S. Carter is charged with misdemeanor counts  of lewd behavior and disorderly conduct. He's due in court next month  for a pre-trial conference.

A Journal Times of Racine report (http://bit.ly/ZrQYKj ) says Carter is accused of openly masturbating in the Racine Public  Library last week. A witness told investigators Carter was out in the  open, not trying to conceal his act.

The criminal complaint says he apologized to responding police officers.

His signature bond was set at $1,000. Court records say as a condition of his bond, he was told to "stay out of all the  libraries on the face of the earth."

Another article about mastubating in Racine....hmmmm. Are they trying out a new Spring ritual? Instead of Groundhog Day waiting to see what pops up out of the ground....Are they making other things pop up instead....or maye auditioning for the anuual Maypole dance...Spring has sprung?

Yikes, Dang, and Racine is supposed to be in the righteous part of the state. On the plus side we have had no reports of cannabalism for some years although do not google search for Wisconsin Man has sex with dead deer as it makes it look like even road kill is not safe.  The governor has been promoting the motto of, "Wisconsin is open for Business" but some may be giving that their own interpretation.

What happened?  Is there a shortage of women in Racine all of a sudden?  How desperate can you get? 

I go to Racine all the time.  I'm going to be on my guard next time.

He is right, you know....I don't remember a sign saying you can't...and they do have signs for everything else.

yeah i know he's right dell .. and thats why its so funny .. if you ever get caught playin pocket pool at the library just say well i didn't see the sign that said i can't .. let em try and look it up in the state stautes .. they should have a copy of it there .. at the library .. officer why are you handcuffin me .. this is not illegal just look it up yourself if you don't believe me .. uh.. yeah .. i'm sorry some of them pages might be a little sticky tho ..
