Blue White Black

Just what is the difference in Blue ,White , and Black Collar Neighborhoods ?

I have only heard of White collar and Blue collar. A Blue collar neighborhood is usually make up of working class people with jobs in factories and retail or paid like most Americans.

A White collar neighborhood is usually more snooty, make up of people who work in jobs like Investment banking or College head, City Administrators, Bank President etc. The highly paid.

Have never heard of a Black collar neighborhood...I'm guessing that would be coal miners?
