Bad Weather

We all know what the Weather Service say's what causes Bad Weather .

What do you think ?

Could it be an unknown source causing it ?

I read a couple weeks ago that The Government had a secret place in Alaska experimenting with the weather .

Could that happen ?

That is what the article i was reading about . That what they was doing there may be why so much of US having the deadly weather .. Scarey yes ....
