Are there any words or phrases that you hate?

Well, I don't really hate it (I love words so much, lol), but I'm not fond of the phrase "the good old days."

OK really, I'm not  fan of "My bad!"

Oh, yeah, I'm not fond of that one either. (Whatever happened to people either saying "Sorry but I disagree" or just keeping their mouth shut? But no, somebody's always gotta say "Are you stupid or something?" Sigh.)

I agree with PartTimBrewer, "My Bad". Not really an apology (or not taking responsibility for something) but gives the impression that the talker is off the hook.

Another one is "I'm sorry if I'm not sorry". Huh?
