On average, what time do you wake up ?

I used to always get up between 6:30 and 7:30 but my sleep pattern is so off lately that I may get up anytime between 3:30 and 7:30.  This is very frustrating because I have always had a set sleep pattern until now.

I used to get up about 7 am usually; but have been waking up between 4:30 & 5:30 am; I think all the smoke still in the air is getting to me & my breathing.

Monday thru Friday my alarm goes off at 5:00 AM but on weekends I never know. Sometimes I'll wake up at 3 then go back to bed about 6. Today I got up around 6 and plan on going to the grocery store in a little while. They are having a sale and some of the items you can only buy in store and not on line. I don't know why they do that.

`I usually get up about 6- since getting the new kitten we are having a time battle- she wants to go to bed at 8- I want to go to bed at10 and read till midnight.She wants to get up at 4 and I want to get up at 6.

Usually around 6 AM. Fortunately, Maxie cat and I are pretty much on the same schedule,though he's often awake around 5. He knows to leave me be until 6, but it's been a slow process to get to this point. Hang in there Eaglewoman...cats are cats.

Usually before sunrise so I can do the ritual washing and make my obligatory before sunrise prayer, Fajr. The time frame depends on what time I went to sleep...sometimes it's very early (before 8:00 p.m.), sometimes it's very late...!2:00M or after. That all depends on whether or not I had a chance to take a nap that day.

Normal is 5:00am but sometimes I get up at 3:00am.

I had gotten into a good pattern and was getting up around 7 or 7:30 once in a while until 8 but after two very early dr appts I've been waking from 5:30 to 6:30 no matter how much later I take my meds.  It's pitch black here until 7:15 or so.  You'd think that would make my body want to sleep but no.
