What were the unwritten rules of where you last worked?

I worked in real estate in MD that was heavily regulated by the state, board of realtors.  It was expected that you be honest in all transactions, and adhered to the Fair housing code both by the letter of the law and the spirit of the law.  The unwritten law, I guess would be that you had to treat all people with respect and dignity and give them the best advice based on their needs and income

That I wasn't being paid to think, just follow orders.

I was taught when out on a field stop and I didn't know which way to turn, always turn right. I don't remember how often that turned out to be true.

Always give the best care you know how and to treat every patient with love and care.
