TBD

TBD on Ning

Nights in the 30's, but no hard freeze yet. Painted the porch...will not procrastinate again so I won't have to pressure wash and scrape before painting. Washed windows, washed and waxed the car, got my flu and covid shots (no reactions). Leaves are falling, but will wait until most are down before raking, but I have pulled out most of the poorly producing garden, and picked the apples. For the sake of neatness, I should have mowed, but not getting on that tractor again until spring, besides, everything will be covered in leaves before long and then snow. Just need to get the car serviced and be sure the block heater works. The Old Farmer's Almanac says a cold and snowy winter, but NOAA says warmer and drier...hope NOAA is right.

Our prep for winter here consists of turning off the air conditioning.

May drop to close to freezing tonight. High today was about 50F. Leaves probably peaked in color a few days back and now are falling heavily.

A warmer winter would be well received here. We expect to be in the 30's tonight.
