For a few days starting Sunday, Syble will be taking this group for me while I go have low back surgery on Monday.  This is supposed to relieve a lot of the pain I've had for over a year.  I'll be around until Sunday.

Thanks everyone.  Aside from being scared about them working on my spine, I think this will get rid of the pain that keeps me from walking very far.

I just got a note from Helen that she is alert and in recovery and should be able to go home today.  That is great news.
