56! In my defense, lol, some are ones that came with the phone & can't be removed. The one I use the most is the Clock; I use the timer on it for laundry, alarm for apptmt reminders, etc.

30 icons on the desktop, all there when I got it second hand, and most nonfunctional because the Apple 4 platform is no longer supported. I can still call people though.
