I doubt this has anything to do with birthdays in Texas but who knows.

Anyone for some Arctic roll? Mystery as spiral blue light display hovers above Norway

What's blue and white, squiggly and suddenly appears in the sky?

If you know the answer, pop it on a postcard and send it to the people of Norway, where this mysterious light display baffled residents yesterday.

Curiously, it appears to be unconnected with the aurora borealis, or northern lights, the natural magnetic phenomena that can often be viewed in that part of the world.

Is the blue spiral pointing at the birthday house? Otherwise this is indeed some pretty weird stuff to see.
You should read more and look at the videos it's very interesting.
I did and you are right. It reminds me of the weird thing I saw in the sky back in the early 70s, only with a blue spiral. There were strange goings on that night too; about 30 people saw it when a huge globe of light followed me home and there was a light display in the sky that was orange and green, somewhat resembling the blue in these shots. When I called the authorities to report it I was told it was a weather balloon but I'm not buying that one. I would really like to know what this is. Have you ever seen anything similar?
Looks like a signal to me. Just saying.
I would hate to think this was Russian bomb testing...it makes me think..what do WE have as arsenal? Something scary and catastrophic about the whole idea of our technology being able to create something like that.
Jack, I agree some of this new technology can be scary and strange, yet beautiful ... Did you check out the innovative lingerie, to the right of the World News article? ..........

I did not, But I never come back empty handed. :-)
LOL
Some sort of anti gravity device Jack?

Here is a pretty good video, of the light not the anti gravity device.

Some kind of Star Trek boobie contraption.
Thanks for the pic Jack, at closer inspection I can see it's not a weather balloon.

That is pretty interesting Bull, one of the still pics looks like either the source of the light is coming from behind a mountain, or the light behind the mountain could be coming from the light in the sky... Maybe in the days ahead there will be an explanation .........
Brian Williams reporting?...I like this guy...this holding my interest a bit. This was just this morning?
