Hi everyone

Ever make low sugar raspberry jam? Most recipes use a 2:1 berries/sugar ratio. Want to make it less than that. Heard that Ball has a no-sugar pectin but don't want splenda or anything like that in it. Can I use regular pectin with less sugar?

That sounds like a choke cherry jam recipe.
Two cups sugar plus one cup choke cherries. Those things are bitter, but the jam is my favorite.
Yours shows too much sugar.
