BBQ season is right around the corner! Let's rehash the rules!

1. The woman buys the food.

2. The woman makes the salad, prepares the vegetables and makes dessert.

3. The woman prepares the meat for cooking, places it on a tray along with the necessary grilling utensils, and takes it to the man who is lounging beside the grill, beer in hand.

4. The woman remains outside the compulsory 10 feet exclusion zone, where the exuberance of testtosterone and other manly bonding activities can take place without interference from the woman.

5. The man places the meat on the grill.

6. The woman goes inside to organize the plates and cutlery.

7. The woman comes out to tell the man that the meat is looking great. He thanks her and asks her to bring him another beer.

8. The man takes the meat off the grill and hands it to the woman.

9. The woman prepares the plates, salad, utensils, sauces, napkins and brings them to the table.

10. After eating, the woman clears the table and does the dishes.

11. Everyone praises the man and thanks him for his cooking efforts.

12. The man asks the woman how she enjoyed her night off, and, after seeing her annoyed reaction, surmises that there is no pleasing a woman.

Makes the salads? That's what the deli is for, isn't it? The real question is: Who is buying the wine, and who is going to keep rotating my chair toward the sun every 20 minutes?
Kate? As far as the deli and buying the wine, see rule number one. Maybe you could buy a motorized, rotating chair.
My rules......
Disregard rules 1 - 12......
Buy my own wine.....
Tell him to pick up his own beer on his way to pick up the pizza.
Rule 13.....refer to Maria's comment.

Sorry, the devil made me ask that.
Quoting my Dazz....

"I know how and when to do good girlie girl so my man can feel all manly man! /;-D"

!!!AND HOW!!! :-P
* Fluttering eyelashes and adjusting (Canadian) bustier and simpering " yes dear, anything you say dear, let me hand you the spatula dear . . . " * ;->
It's an old trick used for generations by women and is called hen pecking.
Lar, these rules look fine to me, although I don't think I'd have the women waste any time on those vegetables, or on the salad either, for that matter.
I can barbecue, pop a cork and clean up! Come here!
Just tell me how many people.
What are you doing Memorial Day weekend Karen?
