Response to Cally.... breathe. When I am being impatient & have a desire to be patient, I focus on breathing. Slow, deep, quiet, cleansing breaths. It helps.
And if you loathe it, then you must have a strong desire to change it - there's hope in that. If you really want to change, you will. Good luck!
