Are there any foods you've always wanted to try but haven't yet? For me it's Funnel Cakes:

They look so good.

Another one I've thought about, not sure about, and was offered the chance once to try it but chickened out is buffalo; just couldn't bring myself to try it.

There was a time when I would try new foods without hesitation and I've in fact sampled many exotics. That time has passed. While it is true that I have eaten escargot (for example), I'm not interested now. So sushi is out. And so is haggis. I'll stick with comfort foods.

I like my sushi fried.

Funnel cakes are delicious...worth the heart burn to follow. Bison is like beef, only better...best steak I ever had was a bison rib-eye. I've tried lots of things...frog legs, rattlesnake, alligator, ostrich, emu, venison  elk, moose and would eat them all again If I had the chance. Oh, by the way, the frog legs, rattlesnake, and alligator tasted a lot like chicken.

Funnel cakes, like kolache, are best share with friends.  Heart burn won't let me eat a whole funnel cake.

I've tried everything already that I know about and wanted to try. If something new comes to me, I'll see.

Those Funnel cakes would be good sprinkled with Strawberry milkshake powder.

Yum, that sounds wonderful! :-)

Buffalo tastes like beef but so much more tender.

I agree, Syble. Very tasty.

Lutefisk

You're not missing anything. I can't be in the same room with it.
I would like to try a Korean taco.
