How about this for a prompt: What is the first thing they will say about you when you leave the room?

Oh, thank you! Never saw that before. Tempting.

I seem to remember sipping Old Rocking Chair from a pint bottle offered to me by a blind date in college, whilst sitting in the back seat of a car at a drive-in movie! (Or was that Old Tennis Shoes?)

Anybody remember drive-in movies? Oh, baby!

When I was growing up, our apartment complex ran parallel and next to the Skyway Drive-In Theater...if I couldn't sneak in (or got caught and tossed)...I just climbed on top of the carports with a lawn chair.

yeah! I heard of friends and acquaintances  who snuck their buddies in, in the trunk.

When I was in college, my boyfriend and I would sometimes walk to the drive-in and sit in front of the projection booth with the other youth too poor to have a car.  The downside, of course, is that you have to watch the movie.

Okay, I picked up a new one - prompt. You wish you could be anyone but yourself, so you pick someone to trade places with, and magically, you become that person, but it's not everything you thought it would be.

I prolly won't be joining in, as I got carried away and went over 2,000 words, which is too much for here. But anyone want to have a crack at it?

How about this one: You're helping a relative clean the attic and come across an item that takes you back to a previous time, and you revisit that time.

Any takers on this prompt? I have a little over 1,000 words.

Not up to writing anything, but this is very much like my life right now -- cleaning out my mother's house and being taken back to previous times.

Ah, yes. I hear you.

If you could write a note to your much younger self, what advice would you give in two words?

No Frank.
