Beth, I read you have a sinus infection. You can take this advise if you care, but all I can say as a sinus infection suffer for years, I have found an "almost" guaranteed remedy. This works for me and my sister both. (she actually has more infections than me now since I quit smoking pot, but I really used to suffer from them) http://www.neilmed.com/usa/index.php
They have several products, but I prefer the NeilMed Sinus Rinse. That's the larger white bottle with the black cap in the middle. It seem kinds weird to shoot salt water into your nostril until it runs out of the other nostril, but I think if you give it a try it will knock out the infection faster than any antibiotic the DR gives you.
