I served my "Miner's Chili Beans" to about 14 persons and they all liked it so am pleased. We went out to the front deck and sat among the trees and shrubs, enjoying the nice evening air. Visiting, joking and laughing was all part of the fun.

I have started working on the railroad layout in the train room, and went to visit my old Jr. High School for a few photos. Had a good visit with the principal. The office staff was very interested in my year book I brought along from 1959-1960. school year. Not too much energy at the moment due to triple digit heat wave again.
