I got my banner by going into where it says "Main" and then "Appearance." Then I kept clicking on each little black button individually until I hit a theme that just jumped out and said, "Here I am!!" It happens to be named "Area 51." It came with its own panoramic shot for the banner.

Seriously, though, where you ought to go and try to find out how it's done is Hippy's Theme's http://themesbyhippy.ning.com/ First off, it's totally free. And secondly, if you run into a problem, you can e-mail him for the answer of how to fix it either there or here at TBD. He's got a page there in the site that explains how the CSS code is done for your own page. If you have to go by e-mail, my guess is that the answer should be quick. I only saw the site yesterday and I'm already on his friends list on TBD.
