Yup, they grow BIG here in Alabama.
We caught 6 like that this morning.
I haven't kept count, but me and my fishing buddy have probably caught 45 or 50 that size this year. We have a lot of fish fry's. I noodle (catch by hand) a lot of them.

The recipe sounds promising, I like the ingredient list.
