living off grid and loving it for the past three years, grow most of my own food in three large gardens and a commercial sized greenhouse. I do a lot of canning since drying and freezing uses electricity and for me electricity is a luxury even though I have a huge generator and inverter. I have to depend on diesel which has gotten quite expensive,,
