Yep, Read that book many, many years ago. I actually think it was Stienbeck's best work. (:>) But, I think Happy will just remain Happy. At least as long as there are deer to chase, things to bark at, things to piss on, and attractive girls to make over him.

I'm a bit of a Donovan fan and "Season of the Witch" is a great song.
"Halloween on the Barbary Coast" was good as was "Paris 1919".
